Mike Wardell as the new Chief Executive Officer of Charterhouse Group
We are delighted to announce Mike Wardell as the new Chief Executive Officer of Charterhouse Group.
Mike brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the communications and technology sector, with a strong reputation for driving innovation, accelerating growth, and delivering outstanding results.
Most recently, Mike played a pivotal role at Business Systems, where over the past 18 months he significantly shaped the company’s vision and growth trajectory. His leadership has helped establish Wordwatch as a leading standalone RegTech software business . Mike will remain with Business Systems as Executive Chairman to continue providing strategic guidance and support as they progress on their journey.
Prior to that, Mike served as CEO at Giacom, where he successfully transformed the business into a thriving cloud marketplace, achieving remarkable recurring revenue growth in triple and double digits for multiple years. His consistent ability to lead fast-paced growth and foster continuous innovation makes him an ideal fit to guide Charterhouse Group into its next chapter.
