Welcoming Symity and DXP to the group

We are delighted to announce the strategic and geographical expansion of Charterhouse, with the additions of Symity & Digital Exchange Products (DXP).

Symity - founded in 2013 - are a Microsoft Gold Partner, with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Meeting Rooms and adoption. Symity bring a deep set of skills, with extensive experience of delivering complex - local & global - projects for large organisations, to complement the existing portfolio of the group.

DXP, founded in 1989 and based in Lancashire, further enhances our UC presence and geographical reach, extending our already expanded footprint in the North of England, through our earlier acquisition of Lloyds Business Communications in 2020.

Charterhouse CEO, Mark Brooks-Wadham commented:

The addition of Symity and DXP, provide an exciting start to 2021 for the Group. Our Fusion proposition covering connectivity, collaboration and security, is further bolstered through these acquisitions. Symity brings invaluable expertise within Microsoft technologies to both our existing customers and the wider market.
