Richard Betts has joined the leadership team at Charterhouse as the Chief Revenue Officer, a move that further strengthens our focus on growth and the development of our proposition to our customers.

With more than 30 years' experience in the tech sector, Richard has built several businesses both here in the UK and the US, where he spent five years growing and eventually selling his software business.

Richard’s skills will be key in championing Sales & Marketing, supporting the integration of the recent acquisition of NETconnection Systems and a greater focus on the Public Sector.

This external appointment is in addition to the recent recruitment of Denisa McKiernan as Head of People and Hugo Holland-Bosworth as Services Director. The expansion of our leadership team further underpins our strategy in delivering an end to end technical and service offering, with board members specifically concentrating on the needs of our customers and employees alike.

Richard comments

I’m excited to join the team at Charterhouse. I look forward to supporting the business as Sales & Marketing champion both internally and to our customers throughout the next period of growth.

CEO Mark Brooks-Wadham states

We’re delighted to bring Richard on-board with his wealth of experience. The creation of this new role reinforces our focus on delivering service excellence and will be valuable in further developing our customer-centric solutions.
