Monday 10th February, 2020: Charterhouse Voice & Data (Charterhouse) are delighted to announce that we have acquired Lloyds Business Communications (Lloyds) - a Unified Communications and IT business based in Lancashire.

Established in 1997 and with over 45 members of staff, Lloyds are a highly skilled technical organisation with strong Microsoft capabilities. These skills will further bolster our strong team and enable us to now provide the full Microsoft suite as part of our portfolio. It will also allow us to secure total geographic coverage to further support our customers.

Charterhouse, founded in 1993, has seen its proposition develop to provide complex and customer-focussed solutions, whilst simultaneously building long-lasting trusted relationships with our customers. These solutions are underpinned by the pillars of connectivity, collaboration and security enabling businesses to operate more efficiently.

Charterhouse CEO, Mark Brooks-Wadham commented:

We’re thrilled to have found Lloyds and to add their team and expertise to our portfolio. We’ve known Lloyds for a long time now and are excited about them becoming part of the larger Charterhouse group allowing us to offer a more extensive offering to our customers across the whole country.

With this latest acquisition, The Charterhouse Group becomes an ever more significant provider of Managed IT, Security and Business Communication solutions throughout the UK.

Lloyds CEO, Ian Allmark added:

We were keen to become part of an organisation that would allow us to offer our customers more choice, greater scale and a wider geographic reach whilst also supporting Lloyds’ core expertise and capability. We’ve definitely found that in Charterhouse and are excited for the future.

The combination of Charterhouse, Lloyds and NETConnection Systems creates an organisation with increased breadth and scale, further underpinning our commitment from a proposition and support perspective to all of our customers.
