Charterhouse announced today that it has acquired the Teleware brand and intellectual property rights. The Teleware brand is renowned for its advanced AI agent and customer experience (CX) solutions, built natively for Microsoft Teams.
The acquisition is Charterhouse’s sixth since 2019, affirming the organisation’s continued strategic focus on expanding its capabilities and delivering enhanced value to their customer base. The move builds upon Charterhouse’s recent recognition as Microsoft Global Partner of the Year for Converged Communications, highlighting the strong strategic alignment between the two organisations and reinforcing Charterhouse’s position at the forefront of modern communications innovation.
By bringing Teleware’s specialist capabilities into Charterhouse, customers will benefit from:
- Enhanced AI-powered agent and CX solutions tightly integrated with Microsoft Teams
- Expanded expertise in voice recording, compliance and regulated communications
- Accelerated innovation across unified communications, contact centre and collaboration services; the Teleware platform expands Charterhouse’s capabilities across both Microsoft Teams and Zoom, with Charterhouse having recently been recognised as Zoom’s EMEA Partner of the Year
- Continued investment in UK-based engineering excellence and customer support
Charterhouse remains committed to supporting existing Teleware customers and partners, ensuring continuity of service while granting them access to an even broader set of capabilities across cloud, security, networking and managed services.
“This acquisition is a natural fit for Charterhouse,” said Mike Wardell, CEO of Charterhouse. “Teleware’s visionary work in AI-driven customer experience perfectly complements our strategy, and our recent global recognition from both Microsoft and Zoom. Together, we are exceptionally well positioned to help organisations transform how they communicate, collaborate and serve their customers.”
The acquisition is testament to Charterhouse’s intention to continually invest in innovation, people and partnerships, reinforcing its ambition to be the UK’s leading provider of intelligent, secure and future-ready converged communications solutions.
